Effective May 20, 2024, our large animal emergency services will only be available to clients with active accounts in good standing. To qualify for emergency coverage, at least one well visit must have been performed for the respective animal(s) within the past year. For accounts that do not meet these requirements, we cannot guarantee emergency services.
